What’s it like to work with us?
Our agency is built on friendly relationships and open conversation. In fact, it’s our policy to avoid one-sided presentations where we do all the talking. We’ve found that engaged communication is more fun and a far better use of everyone’s time.
We have a sense of humor and will assume you do too. After all, life’s too short and we spend far too much of it working to not have some fun in the process. Sure, we work hard but if we’re being true to ourselves, we’re also laughing. A lot.
We have very few boundaries with our clients. We’ll give you our cell phone numbers and expect you to use them whenever you like. Even at night or on weekends. Even if it’s not work-related. Who doesn’t like receiving funny GIFs at 2AM?
What do we believe?
We’re all on the same team
We’re at our best when we’re working directly with our clients on common goals. There is no “our team” and “your team.” We create, build, and succeed together.
There are no limits
Even if an idea is perfect, execution takes fine tuning. We don’t want to limit that process by restricting the number of revisions. We work until it’s done.
We don’t pursue awards
Agencies love to tout their awards. We’ve won some, but we’ve found they’re purely self-serving and believe our time is better spent on our clients.
