Resi is the newly rebranded residential division of V 3 Capital, a prominent name in the commercial real estate industry.
Originally operating under the name V 3 Residential with a logo derived from the parent company, the brand lacked a distinct identity and visual presence in the residential market – especially within the luxury segment the company aimed to reach.
With a vision to evolve the residential arm into a standalone brand with high-end appeal, Resi was born. We led a complete rebrand, developing a fresh identity that intentionally stepped away from the commercial look and feel of V 3 Capital. From naming and logo development to brand voice and visual design, every element was created to align with a more refined, sophisticated aesthetic.


The Strategy: Position Resi as a modern, elevated brand within the luxury residential market.
To support the new brand goals, we designed and launched a clean, thoughtfully structured website that highlights Resi’s premium offerings and differentiates it from competitors. The result is a distinctive brand presence that elevates perception, builds credibility, and supports long-term growth in the luxury space.
